“双一流”高校图书馆专利信息服务路径及优化策略研究
摘要：该研究以42所“双一流”高校图书馆为研究对象，运用文献调研法、网络调研法、电话访谈法、案例研究法等方法，对“双一流”高校图书馆专利信息服务进行调研，调研内容包括专利信息服务结构、链接路径、栏目设置、服务内容、团队设置、资源支撑、案例分析、宣传推广等。通过分析指出现阶段高校图书馆专利信息服务存在服务栏目设置不规范、专业人才队伍建设需加强、服务内容需深化、服务体系不够完善、服务水平馆际差距较大等问题，提出重视专利信息的规范化建设、优化服务体系、优化资源建设、加强馆际合作等优化策略，以期推动“双一流”高校图书馆专利信息服务的进一步发展。

Abstract：Thisstudytakes42\doublefirst-class\universitylibrariesastheresearchobject，andusesliteratureresearchmethod，networkresearchmethod，telephoneinterviewmethod，casestudymethodandothermethodstoinvestigatethepatentinformationserviceof\doublefirst-class\universitylibraries，includingpatentinformationservicestructure，linkpath，columnsetting，servicecontent，teamsetting，resourcesupport，caseanalysis，publicityandpromotion，etc.，andpointsoutthattherearenon-standardservicecolumnsinthepatentinformationserviceofuniversitylibrariesatthisstage.Theconstructionofprofessionaltalentteamneedstobestrengthened，theservicecontentneedstobedeepened，theservicesystemisnotperfect，andtheservicelevelgapbetweenlibrariesislarge，andtheoptimizationstrategiessuchasattachingimportancetothestandardizedconstructionofpatentinformation，optimizingtheservicesystem，optimizingtheconstructionofresources，andstrengtheninginterlibrarycooperationareproposed，inordertopromotethefurtherdevelopmentofpatentinformationservicesin\doublefirst-class\universitylibraries.
