新能源汽车专业双创人才培养模式探析
摘要：我国国务院于2015年出台[2015]36号明确要求，需持续性创新改革学校创新创业教育，是国家立足未来战略发展层面，实施促进经济增长升级基本需求，更是促进高等教育综合改革、推动学生良好就业、创业重要路径。高等院校作为为社会培养高素养人才主阵地，肩负地方及区域内经济发展重任，开展创新创业教育，增强学生创新创业能力，是现下着重需考量问题，新能源汽车专业教学也应积极跟随时代发展潮流，为培养学生创新创业能力提供驱动力。本文主要分析新能源汽车专业双创人才培养重要性，分析当下双创人才培养模式中存在的不足，提出行之有效的解决措施，为学生创新创业实践提供驱动力。

“双创”不仅为大众就业提供发展方向，而且为自行创业驱动社会创新氛围和机制，逐步促使我国发展模式成功转型。以上述思路为导向，高等院校需满足市场需求，吻合政府响应号召，着重培养具有创新力人才，为大学生创业提供教育。新能源汽车专业作为新兴专业之一，应积极培养双创型人才，实现新能源汽车专业学生理论和实践有效融合，推动高等院校创新改革。当下新能源汽车专业双创人才培养中仍存在部分困境有待解决，需深究其成因，不断提出相应的解决措施，助力新能源汽車专业双创人才培养目标达成。
