摘要
旨在处理传统粮食储存方式里温湿度把控不精准、储存损耗大以及人工成本高等状况的,是基于环流通风的玉米储存方式设计系统。此系统以环流通风技术为依托,运用PLC自动化控制以及智能化监控系统,达成了对仓内环境的实时监控与精确调控。其硬件设计涵盖高精度温湿度传感器、光电传感器、风机、搅拌器以及固态继电器等部件,以此保障系统的稳定性与可靠性。而软件设计是借助STEP7-Micro/WIN编程软件,达成温湿度闭环控制、自动化进料出料、风机调速以及搅拌器运转等功能。经过系统调试,验证了它的功能性与稳定性,实物测试呈现出其在实际运用中的高效性。这套系统投入使用后,它能在相当程度上降低储存过程中的损耗情况。对于储存品质而言,也有着一定提升作用。在人工成本方面,系统也能够做出削减。无论是经济效益,还是社会效益,该系统都展现出较为突出的优势。

Thedesignsystemforcornstoragebasedoncirculationventilationaimstosolvetheproblemsofinaccuratetemperatureandhumiditycontrol,largestoragelosses,andhighlaborcostsintraditionalgrainstoragemethods.Thesystemisbasedoncirculationventilationtechnology,usingPLCautomationcontrolandintelligentmonitoringsystemtoachievereal-timemonitoringandpreciseadjustmentoftheenvironmentinsidethewarehouse.Thehardwaredesignincludescomponentssuchashigh-precisiontemperatureandhumiditysensors,photoelectricsensors,fans,mixers,andsolid-staterelaystoensurethestabilityandreliabilityofthesystem.ThesoftwaredesignisbasedonSTEP7-Micro/WINprogrammingsoftware,whichrealizesfunctionssuchastemperatureandhumidityclosed-loopcontrol,automatedfeedinganddischarging,fanspeedregulation,andmixeroperation.Italsoprovidesanintuitivehuman-computerinteractioninterfacethroughMCGSmonitoringsoftware.Thesystemdebuggingverifieditsfunctionalityandstability,andthephysicaltestingdemonstrateditsefficiencyandintelligencelevelinpracticalapplications.Theapplicationofthissystemcansignificantlyreducestoragelosses,improvestoragequality,reducelaborcosts,andhassignificanteconomicandsocialbenefits.Futureresearchcanfurtheroptimizesystemdesign,reducecostsandenergyconsumption,andpromoteitswidespreadapplicationinthefieldofgrainstorage.
