摘要
本文对一款基于PLC的机场行李分拣控制系统予以设计与实现。此系统将西门子S7-200系列PLC当作核心控制器,联合RFID技术、重量传感器、光电传感器以及液压推杆等硬件装置,达成了行李的自动辨别、重量查验、分拣执行以及流量监控等功用。借助STEP7-Micro/WIN编程软件,系统达成了行李分拣的自动化控制逻辑,而且能够支持手动/自动模式的转换,从而灵活地满足不同场景的需求。MCGS监控软件的运用,进一步提高了系统的可视化管理程度,实现了实时监测、参数设定、故障警报以及数据统计等功能。历经硬件调试与软件调试后,系统各模块的功能得到了充分的验证,实物测试展现出系统在实际运转中的高效性与精确性。结果显示,该系统可显著提高机场行李处理的效率与服务品质,降低人工成本与出错率,为机场的智能化运作提供了强有力的支撑。

ThisarticledesignsandimplementsaPLCbasedairportbaggagesortingcontrolsystem,aimingtosolvetheproblemsoflowefficiency,higherrorrate,andrisingcostoftraditionalmanualsortingmethods.ThesystemusesSiemensS7-200seriesPLCasthecorecontroller,combinedwithRFIDtechnology,weightsensors,photoelectricsensors,hydraulicpushrodsandotherhardwaredevices,toachieveautomaticidentification,weightdetection,sortingexecutionandflowmonitoringofluggage.ThroughtheSTEP7-Micro/WINprogrammingsoftware,thesystemhasimplementedautomatedcontrollogicforluggagesortingandsupportsmanual/automaticmodeswitching,flexiblyrespondingtodifferentscenerequirements.TheapplicationofMCGSmonitoringsoftwarefurtherenhancesthevisualmanagementlevelofthesystem,realizingfunctionssuchasreal-timemonitoring,parametersetting,faultalarm,anddatastatistics.Afterhardwareandsoftwaredebugging,thefunctionsofeachmoduleofthesystemhavebeenfullyverified,andphysicaltestinghasdemonstratedtheefficiencyandaccuracyofthesysteminactualoperation.Theresultsindicatethatthesystemcansignificantlyimprovetheefficiencyandservicequalityofairportbaggagehandling,reducelaborcostsanderrorrates,andprovidestrongsupportfortheintelligentoperationofairports.Inthefuture,thesystemcanbefurtheroptimizedandexpandedtoachievemoreadvancedintelligentandnetworkedfunctions.
