摘要
基于环流通风的玉米储存方式设计系统旨在解决传统粮食储存方式中温湿度控制不精确、储存损失大、人工成本高等问题。该系统基于环流通风技术,采用PLC自动化控制和智能化监控系统,实现了对仓内环境的实时监测与精准调节。硬件设计包括高精度温湿度传感器、光电传感器、风机、搅拌器和固态继电器等组件,确保系统的稳定性和可靠性。软件设计基于STEP7-Micro/WIN编程软件,实现了温湿度闭环控制、自动化进料出料、风机调速和搅拌器运行等功能,并通过MCGS监控软件提供直观的人机交互界面。系统调试验证了其功能性和稳定性,实物测试展示了其在实际应用中的高效性和智能化水平。该系统的应用能够显著降低储存损失,提高储存质量,减少人工成本,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。未来研究可进一步优化系统设计,降低成本和能耗,推动其在粮食储存领域的广泛应用。

Thedesignsystemforcornstoragebasedoncirculationventilationaimstosolvetheproblemsofinaccuratetemperatureandhumiditycontrol,largestoragelosses,andhighlaborcostsintraditionalgrainstoragemethods.Thesystemisbasedoncirculationventilationtechnology,usingPLCautomationcontrolandintelligentmonitoringsystemtoachievereal-timemonitoringandpreciseadjustmentoftheenvironmentinsidethewarehouse.Thehardwaredesignincludescomponentssuchashigh-precisiontemperatureandhumiditysensors,photoelectricsensors,fans,mixers,andsolid-staterelaystoensurethestabilityandreliabilityofthesystem.ThesoftwaredesignisbasedonSTEP7-Micro/WINprogrammingsoftware,whichrealizesfunctionssuchastemperatureandhumidityclosed-loopcontrol,automatedfeedinganddischarging,fanspeedregulation,andmixeroperation.Italsoprovidesanintuitivehuman-computerinteractioninterfacethroughMCGSmonitoringsoftware.Thesystemdebuggingverifieditsfunctionalityandstability,andthephysicaltestingdemonstrateditsefficiencyandintelligencelevelinpracticalapplications.Theapplicationofthissystemcansignificantlyreducestoragelosses,improvestoragequality,reducelaborcosts,andhassignificanteconomicandsocialbenefits.Futureresearchcanfurtheroptimizesystemdesign,reducecostsandenergyconsumption,andpromoteitswidespreadapplicationinthefieldofgrainstorage.
