摘要
本文设计了一种基于PLC的自动售货机控制系统。通过运用自动化技术，在一定程度上提高商品售卖效率，同时优化用户的使用体验。对于这个系统，使用西门子S7-200系列的PLC作为核心控制器，搭配了扫码器、硬币识别器、直流电机，还有MCGS组态软件。通过这些设备与软件的协同，完成了从商品挑选、支付处理、出货把控到状态监测等一系列流程的自动化管理。
在硬件设计方面，以模块化的思路，选用了精度比较高的传感器以及驱动电路。保障了商品推出的精准度，还有系统整体的稳定程度。软件设计部分，利用STEP7-Micro/WIN编程软件，实现PLC的控制逻辑。运用MCGS组态软件搭建了一个比较直观的人机交互界面。这个界面能够实现实时数据的展示，还具备远程监控的功能。设计的自动售货机系统可以支持扫码支付以及硬币支付这两种方式。还拥有库存管理、故障检测以及退币等一系列功能，基本可以满足多种商品售卖场景的需求。
