摘要
本设计聚焦于污水处理过程的自动化控制需求,设计了一套基于可编程逻辑控制器的污水处理控制系统。该设计以西门子S7-200PLC作为核心控制器,与液位传感器、光电传感器、声光报警器、模拟量采集模块等外部设备协同配合,实现了对集水池、曝气池以及相关泵组的自动启动与停止控制。在程序开发方面,运用STEP7-Micro/WIN软件,将程序划分为主程序、模拟量转换、自动控制以及手动控制等功能模块,有效提升了系统的运行效率以及灵活性。至于人机界面则是采用MCGSPro进行设计。该界面清晰明了、直观易懂,整合了启动、停止、模式转换、水位展示、参数监测以及报警提示等诸多功能,极大地方便了操作人员对现场运行状态进行实时监控与控制。经过调试该系统运行状况稳定,能够依据液位的变动情况自动调控泵组的工作,切实提高了污水处理效率以及管理水平。

Thisdesignfocusesontheautomaticcontrolrequirementsofsewagetreatmentprocess,andconstructsasewagetreatmentcontrolsystembasedonPLC.ThesystemtakesSiemensS7-200PLCasthecoreandcooperateswithliquidlevelsensor,photoelectricsensor,audibleandvisualalarm,analogquantityacquisitionmoduleandotherperipheralstorealizeautomaticstartandstopcontrolofthecollectingtank,aerationtankandrelatedpumpsets.STEP7-Micro/WINsoftwareisusedforprogramdevelopment,whichisdividedintomainprogram,analogconversion,automaticcontrol,manualcontrolandotherfunctionalmodules,improvingtheoperatingefficiencyandflexibilityofthesystem.Theman-machineinterfaceisdesignedwithMCGSPro,whichisclearandintuitive.Itintegratesfunctionssuchasstart,stop,modeswitch,waterleveldisplay,parametermonitoringandalarmprompt,sothattheoperatorcanmonitorandcontroltheon-siteoperationstatusinrealtime.Afterdebugging,thesystemrunsstably,andcanautomaticallycontrolthepumpsetaccordingtothechangeofliquidlevel,whicheffectivelyimprovestheefficiencyofsewagetreatmentandmanagementlevel.Thissystemnotonlyimprovesthedegreeofautomation,butalsogivesconsiderationtosafetyandoperability.Ithasstrongpracticabilityandpromotionvalue,andcanprovidecost-effectivesolutionsforsmallsewagetreatmentsites.
