摘要
本文成功设计并实现了基于PLC的铁水预处理一次除尘监控系统。该系统借助自动化控制技术,旨在提高烟尘捕捉和处理效率,同时降低能源消耗,确保系统具有良好的环保性与安全性。此系统以西门子S7-200系列PLC作为核心控制单元,与压力传感器、粉尘浓度传感器、光电传感器等硬件装置相搭配。通过运用梯形图语言编写主程序,并采用PID控制算法,实现了对风门开度的精确调整以及风机运行状态的动态管理。
该系统还依靠MODBUS通信协议与MCGS组态软件实现数据交互,为操作人员提供直观的监控界面和便捷的手动操作功能。这一系统的成功开发,不但大幅提升了铁水预处理时烟尘处理的效率,更给钢铁企业的绿色生产提供了坚实可靠的技术支持。通过智能化控制与自动化管理,系统能够达成资源的高效利用以及污染物的达标排放,帮助企业实现可持续发展的目的。

Withtheaccelerationofindustrialization,theimpactofsmokeanddustgeneratedduringthepretreatmentofmoltenironontheenvironmentandhumanhealthisbecomingincreasinglyserious.Developingefficientandintelligentdustremovalmonitoringsystemshasbecomeanimportantissueforgreenproductioninsteelenterprises.ThisarticledesignsandimplementsaPLCbasedprimarydustremovalmonitoringsystemformoltenironpretreatment,aimingtoimprovetheefficiencyofsmokeanddustcaptureandtreatmentthroughautomationcontroltechnology,whilereducingenergyconsumptionandensuringtheenvironmentalandsafetyofthesystem.ThesystemusesSiemensS7-200seriesPLCasthecorecontrolunit,combinedwithhardwaredevicessuchaspressuresensors,dustconcentrationsensors,andphotoelectricsensors.Themainprogramiswritteninladderdiagramlanguage,andPIDcontrolalgorithmisusedtoachievepreciseadjustmentofairdooropeninganddynamiccontroloffanoperationstatus.ThesystemalsointeractswithMCGSconfigurationsoftwarethroughtheMODBUScommunicationprotocol,providingoperatorswithanintuitivemonitoringinterfaceandconvenientmanualcontrolfunctions.
