摘要
伴随城市化进程加速以及汽车保有量不断攀升,城市停车难这一问题愈发凸显。垂直循环立体车库作为能高效利用空间的绿色停车方案,因其具备占地面积小、空间利用率高、自动化程度高以及能耗低等优点,正逐步成为破解城市停车困境的关键途径。
基于PLC技术设计并达成了一款节能环保型垂直循环立体车库系统,开展硬件系统设计工作,选用三菱FX3U系列PLC作为核心控制器,并配备高效步进电机、低功耗光电传感器、环保型接近传感器等硬件设备,搭建起绿色节能的硬件架构。运用GXWorks2软件编写了PLC控制程序,设计的系统具有车辆进出检测、车位分配、车库运行、安全保护以及计费管理等关键功能。通过MCGS监控软件达成系统的实时监控、数据采集、报警管理以及远程控制,提高了系统的可视化管理程度与能源使用效率。本文所设计的垂直循环立体车库系统具备高效性、安全性、智能化以及显著的节能环保特征,能够切实缓解城市停车难题,拥有广泛的应用前景与推广价值。

ThesystemusesMitsubishiFX3UseriesPLCasthecorecontroller,equippedwithhardwaredevicessuchassteppermotors,photoelectricsensors,andproximitysensors.ThecontrolprogramiswrittenusingGXWorks2softwaretoachievecorefunctionssuchasvehicleentryandexitdetection,parkingspaceallocation,garageoperation,safetyprotection,andbillingmanagement.TheMCGSmonitoringsoftwareprovidesreal-timemonitoring,datacollection,alarmmanagement,andremotecontrolfunctions,enhancingthevisualmanagementlevelofthesystem.Thesystemdebuggingandtestinghaveverifieditsfunctionalintegrityandoperationalstability,andithasthecharacteristicsofhighefficiency,safety,intelligence,andenergyconservationandenvironmentalprotection.Thissystemhasbroadapplicationprospectsinurbancentralareas,commercialdistricts,residentialareas,andpublicparkinglots,andcaneffectivelyalleviatetheproblemofurbanparking.Futureresearchdirectionsincludesystemoptimization,intelligentupgrading,andfurtherexplorationofenergy-savingandenvironmentalprotectiontechnologies,providingmorecomprehensivesolutionsforsolvingurbanparking
