基于PLC的双层葵花籽烘干机控制系统设计

摘要
面对传统烘干模式里出现的效率欠佳、能耗过高、控制不够精确等状况。设计出一款基于可编程控制器PLC的双层葵花籽烘干机控制系统,该设计以西门子S7-200系列PLC为核心控制器,结合温度传感器、湿度传感器、红外传感器、导油泵、风扇、翻料电机以及传送带电机等装置,完成了葵花籽烘干控制系统设计。采用PID控制算法,设计够对阀门开度与风扇转速进行动态调整,确保烘干期间的温湿度始终稳定处于设定范围之内。使用MCGS组态监控软件实现了远程监控与管理职能,操作人员可以实时查看设备的运行情形、设定烘干相关参数并处理报警消息。系统运用双层烘干构造以及翻料结构,大幅提升了烘干效率与均匀程度。经过硬件调试与软件调试,保障了系统的稳定性和可靠性,实物测试也证实了系统在实际运转时的高效性与精准度。
