基于单片机的助老型服务机器人

摘要

全球老龄化趋势加剧,尤其在我国,老年人日常护理和安全监测问题日益显著,传统的人工照护面临人力资源短缺和成本高昂等挑战,经济实用的智能辅助设备开发变得紧急且重要。本文实现了一款基于STM32F103单片机的助老型服务机器人,集成非接触体温检测,摔倒监测,定时提醒与紧急通信等功能,采用模块化设计思路,整合MLX90614ESF红外测温传感器,ML307R4G通信模块,摄像头模块与OLED显示屏等功能部件,构建低成本且高实用性的老年人护理方案。软硬件协同设计逐步生成核心功能,包含体温异常自动报警,摔倒状态智能识别,药物定时提醒等,测试结果表明,系统测温精度达到±0.3℃,摔倒检测准确率超过90%,通信响应时间控制在10秒以内,老年人日常护理与安全监测需求通过该系统能够有效满足,经济实用的技术方案提供在智能养老领域中,本研究逐步显示较强的应用价值与推广前景。

Theglobalagingtrendisintensifying,especiallyinChina,wheredailycareandsafetymonitoringfortheelderlyarebecomingincreasinglyprominent.Traditionalmanualcareisfacingchallengessuchashumanresourceshortagesandhighcosts,makingthedevelopmentofeconomicallypracticalintelligentassistivedevicesurgentandimportant.ThisarticlepresentsanelderlycareservicerobotbasedontheSTM32F103microcontroller,whichintegratesnon-contacttemperaturedetection,fallmonitoring,timedreminders,andemergencycommunicationfunctions.ItadoptsamodulardesignapproachandintegratesfunctionalcomponentssuchastheMLX90614ESFinfraredtemperaturesensor,ML307R4Gcommunicationmodule,cameramodule,andOLEDdisplayscreentoconstructalow-costandhighlypracticalelderlycaresolution.Thecollaborativedesignofsoftwareandhardwaregraduallygeneratescorefunctions,includingautomatictemperatureabnormalityalarm,intelligentrecognitionoffallstatus,medicationtimingreminder,etc.Thetestresultsshowthatthesystemstemperaturemeasurementaccuracyreaches±0.3℃,theaccuracyoffalldetectionexceeds90%,andthecommunicationresponsetimeiscontrolledwithin10seconds.Thedailycareandsafetymonitoringneedsoftheelderlycanbeeffectivelymetthroughthissystem.Aneconomicalandpracticaltechnicalsolutionisprovidedinthefieldofintelligentelderlycare.Thisstudygraduallydemonstratesstrongapplicationvalueandpromotion
