基于单片机的大货车油箱防盗报警系统
摘要
随着物流行业的快速发展，大货车作为货物运输的主要工具，其安全性日益受到重视，尤其是油箱被盗问题，不仅给运输企业带来巨大的经济损失，还严重影响了物流效率与安全。针对这一现状，本文设计了一种大货车油箱防盗报警系统，通过多传感器融合技术实现对油箱安全的监测和保护。系统基于STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心，集成了红外检测模块、震动检测模块、液位检测模块和声音检测模块等多种传感器，通过LCD1602显示模块呈现系统状态，利用A7670CGSM模块实现远程控制和报警。本系统能够有效解决目前大货车油箱被盗的安全问题，通过多重防盗措施大大提高了油箱的安全性，具有良好的市场应用前景。

Withtherapiddevelopmentofthelogisticsindustry,asthemaintoolfortransportinggoods,thesafetyoflargetrucksisincreasinglyvalued,especiallytheproblemoffueltanktheft,whichnotonlybringshugeeconomiclossestotransportationenterprises,butalsoseriouslyaffectslogisticsefficiencyandsafety.Inresponsetothissituation,thisarticleproposesatheftalarmsystemforlargetruckfueltanks,whichutilizesmulti-sensorfusiontechnologytomonitorandprotectthesafetyofthefueltanks.ThesystemisbasedontheSTC12C5A60S2microcontrollerasthecore,integratingvarioussensorssuchasinfrareddetectionmodule,vibrationdetectionmodule,liquidleveldetectionmodule,andsounddetectionmodule.ThesystemstatusispresentedthroughtheLCD1602displaymodule,andremotecontrolandalarmareachievedusingtheA7670CGSMmodule.Thissystemcaneffectivelysolvethesafetyproblemoffueltanktheftinlargetrucks,greatlyimprovingthesafetyoffueltanksthroughmultipleanti-theftmeasures,andhasgoodmarketapplicationprospects.
