基于单片机的大蒜精包装系统
摘要
随着农业现代化进程加速和劳动力成本上升,农产品精细化加工与包装自动化成为产业升级的关键环节。本文设计了基于STM32F103单片机的大蒜精包装系统,旨在解决农产品包装自动化程度低、人工成本高的行业问题。系统采用模块化设计,通过红外传感器实现大蒜精确定位,K210摄像头模块完成紫色与非紫色大蒜的智能识别,HX711重量传感器进行精确称重分级,SG90舵机执行分拣操作,OLED显示模块提供直观交互界面。软件采用分层架构,硬件驱动层、功能模块层与应用层协同工作,实现系统高效运行。实验结果表明,该系统颜色识别准确率达95%,重量分级误差控制在±0.5g内,处理速度可达30个/分钟,能够准确识别紫色大蒜并剔除非紫色大蒜,实现了大蒜的自动化精准包装。该系统显著提升了包装效率,降低了人工成本,在提高农产品包装自动化水平和产品附加值方面具有重要实用价值与推广意义。
