基于单片机的工厂装配流水线送料小车
摘要
随着工业自动化水平的不断提高,使智能化送料系统在生产流水线中的应用愈加广泛,工厂装配流水线的高效运行离不开稳定且准确的物料配送系统支持。当前在工厂生产线上依然存在人工物料配送的情况,人工送料效率低,劳动强度大等方面的问题。针对上述问题,设计一套工厂装配流水线送料小车。送料小车主要有STM32F103C8T6单片机,压力传感器,超声波传感器,红外循迹模块,RFID组成。通过STM32F103C8T6单片机实现整体控制,通过红外循迹模块进行指定路线送料,按照固定的路线行走,通过红外循迹模块实现小车沿指定路线行驶,超声波传感器负责检测并避开送料过程中的障碍物,RFID技术用于工作台识别,确保准确取用与卸载物料。压力传感器持续监测货物状态,当系统检测到货物被取走后,小车自动前往下一个等待点继续配送,直至所有等待点的货物均被取走完毕。通过可行性分析并实物模型验证测试结果表明本设计方案是全面提升工作效率,为工厂送料环节提供参考。

Abstract
Withthecontinuousimprovementofthelevelofindustrialautomation,theapplicationofintelligentfeedingsystemintheproductionlinehasbecomemoreandmorewidely.Theefficientoperationofthefactoryassemblylineisinseparablefromthestableandaccuratematerialdistributionsystem.Atpresent,therearestillsomeproblemsinthefactoryproductionline,suchaslowefficiencyofmanualmaterialdelivery,highlaborintensityandsoon.Inviewoftheaboveproblems,asetoffeedingtrolleyforfactoryassemblylineisdesigned.Thefeedingtrolleyismainlycomposedofstm32f103c8t6MCU,pressuresensor,ultrasonicsensor,infraredtrackingmoduleandRFID.Theoverallcontrolisrealizedbystm32f103c8t6singlechipmicrocomputer.Theinfraredtrackingmoduleisusedtofeedthematerialalongthedesignatedrouteandwalkalongthefixedroute.Theinfraredtrackingmoduleisusedtodrivethecaralongthedesignatedroute.Theultrasonicsensorisresponsiblefordetectingandavoidingtheobstaclesinthefeedingprocess.RFIDtechnologyisusedforworkbenchidentificationtoensureaccuratematerialaccessandunloading.Thepressuresensorcontinuouslymonitorsthestatusofthegoods.Whenthesystemdetectsthatthegoodshavebeentakenaway,thecarwillautomaticallygotothenextwaiting
