基于单片机和Lora的地铁轨道监测系统
摘要
地铁作为城市公共交通的骨干网络,运行安全问题相当重要,隧道环境特殊,存在温度异常、有害气体积累等安全隐患,建立可靠的环境监测系统对保障行车安全有重要性。传统有线监测系统在地铁隧道环境时,布线困难、维护复杂且成本高昂等问题就存在,本文设计了一种基于LoRa技术的地铁隧道监测系统,利用LoRa通信低功耗、远距离传输的特性,传统监测系统的局限性可就解决。STM32F103单片机为核心构建了数据采集端,同时结合了DS18B20温度传感器、MQ-2烟雾传感器和MQ-7可燃气体传感器,数据通过LoRa无线通信技术传输至控制端,并借助WiFi模块上传至云平台,地铁隧道环境的远程监测与报警功能实现,实验显示,较高的可靠性与稳定性在系统中存在,地铁隧道环境监测需求能够满足。

Asthebackbonenetworkofurbanpublictransport,subwayoperationsafetyisveryimportant.Thetunnelenvironmentisspecial,andtherearesafetyhazardssuchasabnormaltemperatureandharmfulgasaccumulation.Itisimportanttoestablishareliableenvironmentalmonitoringsystemtoensurethesafetyofdriving.Whenthetraditionalwiredmonitoringsystemisinthesubwaytunnelenvironment,thereareproblemssuchasdifficultwiring,complexmaintenanceandhighcost.ThispaperdesignsasubwaytunnelmonitoringsystembasedonLoratechnology.Usingthecharacteristicsoflowpowerconsumptionandlong-distancetransmissionofLoracommunication,thelimitationsofthetraditionalmonitoringsystemcanbesolved.STM32F103microcontrollerisusedasthecoretobuildthedataacquisitionterminal,whichcombinestheDS18B20temperaturesensor,mq-2smokesensorandmq-7combustiblegassensor.ThedataistransmittedtothecontrolterminalthroughLorawirelesscommunicationtechnology,anduploadedtothecloudplatformwiththehelpofWiFimodule.Theremotemonitoringandalarmfunctionofthesubwaytunnelenvironmentisrealized.Theexperimentshowsthathighreliabilityandstabilityexistinthesystem,andthesubwaytunnelenvironmentmonitoringrequirementscanbemet.
