摘要
目的本研究旨在调查护理实习生工作压力现状及其影响因素，为制定缓解护理实习生工作压力的策略研究提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法，随机选取邯郸市某三甲医院2023年实习的护理学生共67名作为调查对象，使用张桂霞等编制的压力测量量表。发放67份问卷，最终有效回收60份，有效回收率为89%。结果护理实习生在临床实习过程中受到的压力总均值为3.68±0.97，压力水平偏重。压力源中就业与考试、临床对实习护生角色定位为得分最高项。结论护理实习生在实习过程中压力偏重，相关管理组织应该针对主要压力源采取积极的应对措施来降低实习生的压力水平，为实习生提供更好的学习和实践机会，重新塑造护理实习生的职业信心。

ABSTRACT
ObjectiveThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecurrentstatusofworkstressandprovidereferencesfordevelopingstrategiestorelievethestressofnursinginterns.Methodsofquestionnairesurvey,atotalof67nursingstudentswhopracticedin2023wererandomlyselectedasthesurveyrespondents,usingthepressuremeasurementscalecompiledbyZhangGuixiaetal.Sixty-sevenquestionnairesweredistributed,and60wereeffectivelyrecovered,withaneffectiverecoveryrateof89%.ResultsThetotalaveragestressofnursinginternsduringclinicalpracticewas3.68±0.97,indicatingahighstresslevel.Intermsofstresssources,employmentandexaminations,aswellasclinicalplacementoftraineenursingstudents,receivedthehighestscores.ConclusionIntheprocessofinternship,relevantmanagementorganizationsshouldtakepositivemeasurestoaddressthemainstressorsandreducethepressurelevelofinterns.Theyshouldalsoprovidebetterlearningandpracticeopportunitiesforinterns,andhelpreshapethecareerconfidenceofnursinginterns.
