摘要

随着信息技术的飞速发展和居民生活水平的提升，家政服务行业迎来新的增长点，对于家政服务预订管理系统的需求日益旺盛。当前市场上仍缺乏一款功能全面、操作便捷、响应迅速的家政服务管理系统，其开发对于改善服务提供效率、优化用户体验及加强服务管理至关重要。该系统将大大简化家政服务的预约与管理流程，提高服务质量，并促使行业资源的合理配置与市场竞争力的提升。

此系统采用前后端分离的方式进行开发，后端基于SpringBoot框架构建，前端则利用Vue.js实现交互界面的构建。对于数据的持久化处理，系统采用MyBatis工具。数据存储则依赖于MySQL数据库。此外，Axios被用于实现前后端之间的数据通信。该系统成功实现了用户管理、服务管理、评论管理、订单管理、数据统计管理以及预约管理等核心的业务功能，为用户提供了全方位的家政服务解决方案。

该家政服务预订管理系统解决了家政服务领域内信息孤岛、效率低下和资源不匹配的问题，其引入的数字化管理手段有利于提高运营效率、保障交易安全、增强用户满意度。通过精准的数据统计管理功能，系统能够帮助企业洞悉市场动态，制定更为科学合理的经营策略。综上所述，该系统的开发和运用，预期将为家政服务行业注入新的活力，实现品质与效率的双重提升。

ABSTRACT

Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandtheimprovementofresidentslivingstandards,thehomeserviceindustryhasusheredinnewgrowthopportunities,leadingtoanincreasingdemandforhomeservicereservationmanagementsystems.Currently,thereisstillalackofacomprehensive,user-friendly,andresponsivehomeservicemanagementsysteminthemarket,thedevelopmentofwhichiscrucialforimprovingserviceefficiency,optimizinguserexperience,andenhancingservicemanagement.Thissystemwillgreatlysimplifythebookingandmanagementprocessofhomeservices,improveservicequality,andpromotetherationalallocationofindustryresourcesandmarketcompetitiveness.

Thissystemisdevelopedusingafront-endandback-endseparationapproach,withthebackendbuiltontheSpringBootframeworkandthefrontendusingVue.jstobuildtheinteractiveinterface.Fordatapersistenceprocessing,thesystemusestheMyBatistool.ThedatastoragereliesonaMySQLdatabase.Inaddition,Axiosisusedtoachievedatacommunicationbetweenthefront-endandback-end.Thesystemhassuccessfullyimplementedcorebusinessfunctionssuchasusermanagement,servicemanagement,commentmanagement,ordermanagement,datastatisticsmanagement,andappointmentmanagement,providinguserswithacomprehensivehomeservicesolution.
