摘要
空勤人员作为航空公司的一支新生力量，是航空公司可持续发展的源泉。作为一支新生力量，新员工是公司可持续发展的源泉。空勤人员能否在职业生涯中有一个良好的开端，不仅会影响空乘员自身的未来发展，也会密切关系到航空公司的长远利益。因此，本文以海南航空公司为例，通过海南航空公司空勤人员岗前培训中面临的问题进行剖析，深入分析产生问题的原因，提出提高空勤人员岗前培训优化的建议，从而提高海南航空公司的核心竞争力。海南航空公司在2000年抓住了我国民航业的快速发展机遇，实现了跨越式的发展，成为我国民航业不可或缺的企业之一。但是正因为其快速发展的过程中，产生了一系列的内在问题，例如，空勤人员的素质、空勤人员的能力没有达到公司发展步伐，所以探讨其内部原因，对公司日后的发展战略起一定的作用。

Abstract
Asanewforceofairlines,airstaffarethesourceofsustainabledevelopmentofairlines.Asanewforce,newemployeesarethesourceofthesustainabledevelopmentofthecompany.Whethertheflightcrewcanhaveagoodstartintheircareerwillnotonlyaffectthefuturedevelopmentoftheflightattendantsthemselves,butalsobecloselyrelatedtothelong-terminterestsoftheairline.Therefore,thispapertakesHainanAirlinesasanexample,analyzestheproblemsfacedbythepre-jobtrainingofHainanAirlines,deeplyanalyzesthecausesoftheproblems,andputsforwardsuggestionstoimprovethepre-jobtrainingofairstaff,soastoimprovethecorecompetitivenessofHainanAirlines.In2000,HainanAirlinesseizedtherapiddevelopmentopportunityofChinascivilaviationindustry,realizedtheleapfrogdevelopment,andbecameoneoftheindispensableenterprisesinChinascivilaviationindustry.However,intheprocessofitsrapiddevelopment,aseriesofinternalproblemshaveemerged.Forexample,thequalityofairstaffandtheabilityofairstaffhavenotreachedthedevelopmentpaceofthecompany,sotheinternalreasonswillplayacertainroleinthecompanysfuturedevelopmentstrategy.
