在体骨铅测定技术及应用

摘要:铅是影响人类健康的重要污染物。研究表明,与血铅相比,骨铅更能代表人体内铅的蓄积量。近20年来,国
内外学者对骨铅检测技术的发展及应用已有部分报道,骨铅检测技术在职业性铅暴露、孕妇与儿童健康,老年性疾病等
方面得到了越来越广泛的应用。在此基础上,本文主要从在体骨铅检测技术的原理、类别,以及在体骨铅检测技术目前
的应用这几个方面进行综述。

Abstract:Leadisamajorpollutantthatcanresultinadversehealtheffects.Previousstudieshaveshowedthatboneleadlevel
isabetterindicatorofcumulativeleadexposurethanbloodleadlevel.Overthepast20years,boneleadmeasurementapproaches
havedevelopedandbeenappliedtooccupationalleadexposure,pregnantwomenandchildrenshealth,elderlydisorders,and
soon.Basedondomesticandinternationalreports,thisarticlereviewedtheprinciples,categories,andapplicationsofbonelead
measurementtechnologyinvivo.
