Abstract:Substrateintegratedwaveguide(SIW)asanewmicrowavetransmissionline,itmakesapossibilitythat
microwavecircuitsandsystemscanbefabricatedontheplanarstructure.Inordertoachievetointegrationof
passiveandactivedevices,thetransitiondesignofmicrostrip-to-SIWisveryimportant.Inthispaper,several
transitionmethodsarestudiedandimprovedbysimulationsoftware,theinfluenceofmicrowavelengthonreturn
lossisanalyzed,andalowreflectioncoefficientmethodisobtained,comparedwiththeothertransitionmethods,
themeritsofthismethodturnmorenoticeablewiththelengthincreases.

【摘要】基片集成波导(SIW)作为一种新型的微波传输线,它使微波电路与系统实现平面化成为了可能。为了便于各种有源
和无源器件的集成,SIW与微带线的过渡设计变得十分重要。本文利用仿真软件对几种过渡方式进行研究和改进,分析了
过渡段长度对回波损耗的影响,并得到了一种低反射系数的过渡方式,相比于其它的过渡方式,随着过渡段长度的增加,这
种方式的优点更加突出。
