Abstract:ThispaperdiscussestheapplicationofArtificialIntelligenceGeneratedContent(AIGC)technologyin
themediaindustryandthechangesitbrings.AIGChasbecomeanewcontentproductionmodeafterusergenerated
contentandprofessionalgeneratedcontent.AIGCtechnologyhasnotonlyimprovedtheefficiencyandqualityof
contentproduction,butalsopromotedthedevelopmentofpersonalizedservicesandtechnologyplatforms.However,the
applicationofAIGCtechnologyhasalsobroughtaseriesofproblems,suchasdigitalcopyrightdisputes,theproliferationof
falseinformationandtechnologyabuse,whichneedtobesolvedbyrefininglegalnormsandtechnicalsupervision.
