面向机械车床加工的智能制造生产线控制系统设计

【摘要】本研究所设计的面向机械车床加工的智能制造生产线控制系统,以先进的PLC(可编
程逻辑控制器)和工业计算机为基础,融合大数据与人工智能等前沿理念。系统具备实时数
据采集与分析功能,可精准掌握车床运行状态与加工进度。通过智能算法优化加工参数,提
高生产效率与产品质量。同时,该系统拥有强大的故障预警与诊断能力,能及时发现并解决
潜在问题,保障生产线稳定运行,为机械车床加工的智能制造提供了有效解决方案。

【Abstract】Theintelligentmanufacturingproductionlinecontrolsystemdesignedformechanical
latheprocessingisbasedonadvancedPLC(ProgrammableLogicController)andindustrial
computers,integratingcutting-edgeconceptssuchasbigdataandartificialintelligence.The
systemfeaturesreal-timedataacquisitionandanalysiscapabilities,enablingprecisemonitoringof
latheoperationstatusandmachiningprogress.Byoptimizingmachiningparametersthrough
intelligentalgorithms,itenhancesproductionefficiencyandproductquality.Additionally,the
systemboastsrobustfaultwarninganddiagnosticcapabilities,allowingtimelydetectionand
resolutionofpotentialissuestoensurestableproductionlineoperation,providinganeffective
solutionforintelligentmanufacturinginmechanicallatheprocessing.
