抽水蓄能电站设备的故障诊断与维护技术研究

【摘要】抽水蓄能电站是电力系统调峰填谷和储能的重要设施,对提高电力系统稳定性和促
进新能源消纳具有重要意义。以抽蓄能电站设备故障诊断和维修技术为研究对象,对抽蓄
能电站设备的运行特征和故障类型进行了分析,系统阐述了传统故障诊断技术如振动、油液
分析、红外热像等,并结合人工智能、大数据等新兴诊断技术的原理和应用,旨在提高抽水蓄
能电站设备的可靠性,降低运行成本,保证电网的稳定运行。

【Abstract】Pumpedstoragepowerstationsarecrucialfacilitiesforpeakloadregulation,valley
filling,andenergystorageinthepowersystem,playingasignificantroleinenhancingsystem
stabilityandpromotingtheintegrationofrenewableenergy.Thisstudyfocusesonthediagnosis
andmaintenancetechnologyofpumpedstoragepowerstationequipment,analyzingtheoperational
characteristicsandfaulttypesofsuchequipment.Itsystematicallyreviewstraditionalfault
diagnosistechniques,suchasvibrationanalysis,oilanalysis,andinfraredthermography,and
combinestheprinciplesandapplicationsofemergingdiagnostictechnologieslikeartificial
intelligenceandbigdata.Theaimistoimprovethereliabilityofpumpedstoragepowerstation
equipment,reduceoperatingcosts,andensurethestableoperationofthepowergrid.
