基于AI模型下的印制电路板生产周期
管控方法研究

摘要印制电路板(PCB)生产流程中,每块板均配有一个周期标识,以便出现问题时可及时锁定问题的影
响范围,精准查找原因。为此,研究PCB生产周期更改作业的模式,分析影响周期变更的各种因素,提出基于AI模型
下的生产周期管控策略,包括规则库建立、周期前置预设、预警防呆、后台自动生成指定周期工具等,并针对性地开
发功能模块,构建智能化管控系统。实际案例验证了该策略的有效性,结果表明,实施周期管控策略后,可有效杜绝
周期错误,效率生产提高,降低成本,使产品质量得到保障。

AbstractIntheproductionprocessofPCBs,theproductionoftheboardwillhaveacycleofidentification,so
thatwhenthePCBhasaproblem,thescopeofinfluenceoftheproblemislockedandthecauseisaccuratelyfound.
Throughin-depthstudyofPCBcyclechangeoperationmode,variousfactorsaffectingcyclechangeareanalyzed.
CyclemanagementandcontrolstrategybasedonAImodelisproposed,includingrulebaseestablishment,cyclepre-
preset,earlywarningandanti-delay,backgroundautomaticgenerationofspecifiedcycletools,targeteddevelopment
offunctionmodules,formingasetofintelligentmanagementandcontrolsystem.Apracticalcaseisusedtoverifythe
effectivenessofthestrategy.Theresultsshowthataftertheimplementationofcyclecontrolstrategy,cycleerrorsare
effectivelyeliminated,productionefficiencyisimproved,costisreduced,andproductqualityisguaranteed.
