基于GIS的房产交易市场监管系统设计与实现

摘要：在“放管服”改革背景下，为解决传统房产交易市场监管手段信息化程度低、监管效率低下、信息不透明等问
题,提出了构建一个集成GIS、大数据、人工智能AI等先进技术的房产交易市场监管系统设计方案。该系统探讨了房
产交易“事前、事中、事后”全流程市场监管模式，构建了房产交易监管数据库，实现了可视化展示、企业及从业人员管
理、房产交易监管、智能报表、房源认证服务、用户服务等功能，有效提高了房产交易市场的监管能力和服务水平，保
证市场的公平公正,提升用户的交易体验。

Abstract:Inthecontextofthereformofstreamlineadministrationanddelegatepower,improveregulation,andupgradeservices,inor-
