entity,(EndUserorYou)whohaspurchasedoneormoreGRYPHON?I

GBT/GM4200(DatalogicProduct)subjecttothetermsandconditions

providedinanyrelevantpurchaseorsalecontract.ThisEULAappliestothe

softwarecontainedintheDatalogicProduct(EmbeddedSoftware)and

toanyothersoftware,totheextentapplicable,offeredasoptionalapplica-

tionsoftware(ApplicationSoftwarethattogetherwithEmbeddedSoft-

wareishereinreferredtoasSoftware).

1.GrantofLicense

1.1DatalogicgrantstoEndUser,apersonal,non-exclusive,non-transfer-

able,nonsublicensable,revocable,limitedlicensetousetheSoft-

ware,solelyontheDatalogicProductinwhichitisembeddedorfor

whichitisintendedforuse,inmachine-readableformonly,solelyfor

EndUsersinternalbusinesspurposes.

1.2EndUsersshallnotdistribute,sublicense,rent,loan,lease,assign,

export,re-export,resell,shipordivertorcausetobeexported,re-

exported,resold,shippedordiverted,directlyorindirectly,theSoft-

wareunderthisAgreement.EndUsershallnot,andshallnotpermit

othersto:(i)modify,translate,decompile,reverseengineer,disas-

semble,orextractt
