微创拔牙术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的效果分析\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：探讨微创拔牙术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的效果。方法：本研究100例下颌阻生智齿患者皆在2020年2月—2024年2月入院治疗，随机分为两组，每组50例，行传统拔牙术者纳入对照组，行微创拔牙术者纳入观察组，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组手术时间及消肿时间更短，肿胀程度、VAS评分、张口受限距离和术后并发症发生率更低，SF-36评分更高（P0.05）。结论：下颌阻生智齿拔除应用微创拔牙术可加速完成治疗，术后恢复佳，不易发生并发症，并且可提高生活质量。

下颌阻生智齿在口腔科中比较常见，因下颌磨牙与智齿间空隙小，智齿无法萌出，从而导致牙龈肿痛，还可影响邻牙，使得患者无法正常地咀嚼、咬合，且随着病情的推延，可能发生萌出异位，容易出现牙齿清洁不彻底的情况，长此以往，口腔中细菌滋生，进而诱发其他口腔疾病，影响患者的生活质量[1]。同时，患者多数为18～25岁的年轻群体，而下颌阻生智齿会影响面部美观，可导致患者出现负性情绪[2]。因此
