X市孕期营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制的影响研究\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：探讨X市孕期营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制的影响，以期为临床管理和公共卫生政策提供科学依据。方法：选取2023年1月—2024年6月期间在X市某医院产科确诊为GDM的120例孕妇作为研究对象，按照随机数表法将孕妇分为干预组和对照组，每组60例，对照组接受常规指导，干预组在常规指导的基础上实施个性化的孕期营养干预。比较两组血糖指标和妊娠结局。结果：干预后，干预组血糖指标均显著低于对照组（P0.05）；干预组孕妇的早产率、胎儿窘迫发生率、巨大儿发生率和剖宫产率均显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：孕期营养干预能显著改善GDM孕妇的血糖水平，降低不良妊娠结局的发生率。

【Abstract】Objective：ToexploretheeffectofnutritioninterventionduringpregnancyonbloodglucosecontrolinpregnantwomenwithgestationaldiabetesinXcity，inordertoprovidescientificbasisforclinicalmanagementandpublichealthpolicy.Methods：120pregnantwomendiagnosedwithGDMintheobstetricsdepartmentofahospitalinXcityfromJanuary2023toJune2024wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintotheinterventiongroupandthecontrolgroup，with60casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineguidance，whiletheinterventiongroupreceivedpersonalizedprenatalnutritioninterventiononthebasisofroutineguidance.Thebloodglucoseindicatorsandpregnancyoutcomesofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Afterintervention，thebloodglucoselevelsintheinterventiongroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（P0.05）；Theprematurebirthrate，fetaldistressrate，fetalmacrosomiarate，andcesareansectionrateoftheinterventiongroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion：NutritionalinterventionduringpregnancycansignificantlyimprovethebloodglucoselevelsofGDMpregnantwomenandreducetheincidenceofadversepregnancyoutcomes.
