地屈孕酮、左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效及对月经恢复和激素水平的影响\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：探究地屈孕酮、左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统（曼月乐）联合宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的疗效及对月经恢复及激素水平的影响。方法：选择本院2020年1月—2023年6月期间收治的86例子宫内膜息肉患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，各43例，所有患者入院均予宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切治疗。对照组患者口服地屈孕酮，曼月乐组患者宫腔放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统，比较两组患者治疗前后月经恢复情况、子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平、术后12个月复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，曼月乐组月经恢复时间和月经天数短于对照组，月经周期长于对照组（P0.05）。术后，两组患者子宫内膜厚度均降低，且曼月乐组各时间段子宫内膜厚度均低于对照组（P0.05）。治疗后，两组患者性激素（雌二醇、卵泡刺激素及黄体生成素）水平均下降，且曼月乐组性激素水平低于对照组（P0.05）。两组复发率及不良反应发生率差异不显著（P0.05）。结论：宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术联合地屈孕酮或曼月乐均可有效改善子宫内膜息肉患者月经情况，改善激素水平，但曼月乐治疗效果更好。
