门冬胰岛素配合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效评价\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：研讨在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中，门冬胰岛素配合地特胰岛素的效果。方法：选取妊娠期糖尿病患者80例，样本选取时间为2022年8月—2024年8月，按照随机数字表法分组，每组样本数量为40例，对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗，研究组给予门冬胰岛素配合地特胰岛素治疗。比较两组胰岛素使用情况、血糖达标时间、血糖指标、胰岛细胞功能、治疗效率以及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果：研究组血糖达标时间短于对照组，胰岛素用量和注射次数低于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，两组血糖指标均得到有效改善，且研究组血糖指标水平均低于对照组，对比有意义（P0.05）；治疗后，研究组胰岛细胞功能指标较对照组更佳（P0.05）；研究组不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组更低，统计学分析有意义（P0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：门冬胰岛素配合地特胰岛素疗效高，可以帮助患者改善胰岛细胞功能，对血糖控制有积极意义，降低不良妊娠结局发生率，利于疾病转归。
