磷酸奥司他韦胶囊联合连花清瘟颗粒治疗流行性感冒的观察\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：探讨连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊对流行性感冒的疗效。方法：选择2023年1月—2023年12月本院门诊收治的流行性感冒患者80例，根据收治顺序并采用随机分组法分为联合组（n=40）和西药组（n=40），联合组口服连花清瘟颗粒和磷酸奥司他韦胶囊，西药组患者口服磷酸奥司他韦胶囊，观察两组中医证候积分变化情况、症状消失时间和治疗总有效率。结果：联合组发热、咳嗽、全身乏力等临床症状消失时间短于西药组，治疗后中医证候总积分低于西药组，差异有意义（P0.05）。联合组治疗总有效率高于西药组，差异有意义（P0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无意义（P0.05）。结论：连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊对治疗流行性感冒有显著效果，可促进症状改善和疾病恢复，提高治疗总有效率和安全性，可严格掌握剂量、用药时间后进行推广。
