对行内镜下大肠息肉切除术患者实施全程优质护理服务的体会\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：探究和分析内镜下大肠息肉切除术患者行全程优质护理服务的临床效果。方法：研究周期为2022年10月—2023年10月，纳入本院收治的52例内镜下大肠息肉切除术患者为样本，按照抽签法随机分为观察组（n=26）和对照组（n=26）。对照组患者采用基础护理，观察组患者采用全程优质护理，比较两组护理干预效果。结果：观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组（P0.05）；护理干预后，观察组患者SCL-90评分均低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：内镜下大肠息肉切除术患者行全程优质护理服务可降低并发症发生率，改善患者情绪状态，提高护理满意度，可在医疗机构中推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective：Toexploreandanalyzetheclinicaleffectoffullprocesshighqualitynursingserviceforpatientsundergoingendoscopicresectionoflargeintestinepolyps.Methods：ThestudyperiodwasfromOctober2022toOctober2023.52patientswhounderwentendoscopiclargeintestinepolypectomyinourhospitalwereincludedassamples，andtheywererandomlydividedintotheobservationgroup（n=26）andthecontrolgroup（n=26）accordingtothelotterymethod.Thecontrolgroupreceivedbasicnursing，andtheobservationgroupreceivedfullprocesshigh-qualitynursing.Theeffectsofnursinginterventionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Thecomplicationrateoftheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）；Afternursingintervention，theSCL-90scoresoftheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）；Thenursingsatisfactionoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion：Whole-coursehigh-qualitynursingservicesforendoscopiclargeintestinepolypectomypatientscanreducetheincidenceofcomplications，improvepatients’emotionalstate，andimprovenursingsatisfaction，whichcanbepopularizedandappliedinmedicalinstitutions.
