厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗对老年高血压患者血压变异性及心肾功能的影响\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：探讨老年高血压患者采取厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪与美托洛尔联合给药方案对其血压变异性及心肾功能指标的影响。方法：本次纳入的研究对象为确诊高血压的80例老年患者，按照随机数字表达的方式将其分成观察组和对照组，两组均40例。对照组采取厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪单药治疗，观察组则采取厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪与美托洛尔联合治疗。观察两组在治疗效果上的差异，主要针对两组患者治疗前后血压变异性及心肾功能指标进行检测。结果：治疗1个月，观察组患者LVEF高于对照组，SBPV、DBPV、CysC及Scr低于对照组（P0.05）；两组治疗期间不良反应发生率无显著差异（P0.05）。结论：与单纯的厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪用药方式相比，厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪与美托洛尔联合用药干预老年高血压可以更好地改善患者血压变异性以及心肾功能，且不增加不良反应发生率，属于安全有效的治疗方案。
