积极心理学理论下护理在细菌性阴道炎患者中的应用\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：探讨对细菌性阴道炎（BV）患者采用积极心理学理论下护理的作用。方法：以陕西省延安市安塞区妇幼保健院2022年3月—2024年3月期间80例BV患者为研究对象，采用随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组，各40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予积极心理学理论下护理。对比两组情绪状态以及生活质量。结果：干预14d，观察组心境状态量表（POMS）评分低于对照组（P0.05）。干预14d，观察组欧洲五维健康量表（EQ-5D）评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对于BV患者，积极心理学理论下护理可改善其情绪状态，并显著提高其生活质量，具有一定的应用价值。
