体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理对输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后排石患者舒适度的影响\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：探究体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理对输尿管镜钬激光碎石术（URSHL）后排石患者舒适度的影响。方法：选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院行URSHL患者80例，随机分为对照组（行常规护理干预）40例及观察组（行体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理）40例。评价和对比两组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量以及不适感情况。结果：术后1d及3d，与对照组相比，观察组VAS评分和PSQI评分均显著更低（P0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组患者胀痛、排尿困难、血尿及尿频尿急等不适症状消失时间均显著更短（P0.05）。结论：体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理可降低URSHL术后排石患者疼痛感，改善睡眠质量，缓解不适感，促进康复。
