乳腺癌化疗患者应用PICC和静脉输液港护理质量的研究\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：研究乳腺癌化疗患者应用PICC和静脉输液港的护理质量。方法：将2022年3月—2023年1月期间在我科接受化疗的100例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，以随机数字表作为分组依据，随机形成PICC组与PORT组，前者使用PICC置管术，后者采用静脉输液港，对比两组对护理的影响。结果：PORT组日常护理水平、紧急情况处置水平、患者应用效应、微笑服务实施率等护理质量评分均高于PICC组（P0.05）；PORT组脱管、感染、堵管、淤血等不良反应发生率低于PICC组（P0.05）；PORT组对护理人员的满意度、对置管方式的满意度、对治疗费用的满意度、总体就医感受等护理满意度评分均高于PICC组（P0.05）。结论：PORT的整体效果优于PICC，临床中应综合考虑患者意愿、治疗费用、血管状况等因素做出恰当选择。
