以HAPA为导向的肺康复训练方案在慢阻肺有创机械通气困难撤机患者中的应用研究\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：分析以HAPA（健康行动过程取向）为导向的肺康复训练方案在慢阻肺有创机械通气撤机困难患者中的应用效果。方法：选取本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者62例，时间为2024年1月—2024年7月，根据随机数字表法分组，各31例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施以HAPA为导向的肺康复训练护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组撤机时间及住院时间均短于对照组，撤机困难率比对照组更低（P0.05）；护理后，观察组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标水平比对照组更高（P0.05）；观察组护理满意度比对照组更高（P0.05）。结论：以HAPA为导向的肺康复训练方案在COPD有创机械通气撤机困难患者中的应用，不仅能够缩短撤机时间和住院时间，降低撤机困难率，还能够改善患者的肺功能指标和提升护理满意度。如此证明了HAPA导向的康复训练方案在COPD患者康复中的有效性。
