康复护理对膝骨关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节功能恢复的影响研究\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：分析对膝骨关节炎患者行康复护理的临床可行性，并进一步探究对疼痛及膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法：通过随机抽签的方式将我院2022年9月—2023年10月期间收治的膝骨关节炎患者78例均分为两组，其中39例患者纳入参照组，施以常规护理；另外39例患者纳入研究组，在常规护理基础上施以康复护理。统计并比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组患者的疼痛评分和膝关节功能评分对比无明显差异，P0.05；护理后，研究组疼痛评分较参照组低，膝关节功能评分较参照组高，P0.05。研究组护理满意度显著高于参照组，P0.05。结论：对膝骨关节炎患者行康复护理的效果显著，降低患者的疼痛程度，膝关节功能得到明显改善，获得患者和家属更高的认可，临床应用价值极高，值得进一步采纳。
