硬膜外麻醉与B超引导下神经阻滞麻醉在老年髋关节手术患者中的麻醉效果对比分析\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间

【摘要】目的：对比分析硬膜外麻醉（EA）与B超引导下神经阻滞麻醉在老年髋关节手术患者中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法：纳入本院2021年1月—2022年7月期间收治的老年髋关节手术患者共90例，按照随机数表法将其分为A组（n=45）和B组（n=45）。A组在EA下手术，B组在B超引导下神经阻滞麻醉方案下手术。对比两组麻醉效果（麻醉优良率、麻醉起效时间及镇痛效果）以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果：B组麻醉优良率高于A组，麻醉起效时间短于A组，术后VAS评分和不良反应发生率低于A组，均有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：与硬膜外麻醉相比，B超引导下神经阻滞麻醉可提高老年髋关节手术患者麻醉效果，减少不良反应，安全性好。

【Abstract】Objective：Tocompareandanalyzetheanestheticeffectsandsafetyofepiduralanesthesia（EA）andB-ultrasound-guidednerveblockanesthesiainelderlypatientsundergoinghipsurgery.Methods：Atotalof90elderlyhipsurgerypatientsadmittedtoourhospitalfromJanuary2021toJuly2022wereincludedanddividedintogroupA（n=45）andgroupB（n=45）usingtherandomnumbertablemethod.GroupAunderwentsurgeryunderEA，andgroupBunderwentsurgeryunderB-ultrasound-guidednerveblockanesthesiaplan.Theanesthesiaeffects（excellentandgoodrateofanesthesia，onsettimeofanesthesia，andanalgesiceffect）andoccurrenceofpostoperativeadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroupswerecompared.Results：TheexcellentandgoodrateofanesthesiaingroupBwashigherthanthatingroupA，theonsettimeofanesthesiawasshorterthanthatingroupA，andthepostoperativeVASscoresandincidenceofadversereactionswerelowerthanthoseingroupA，allwithstatisticaldifferences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comparedwithepiduralanesthesia，Bultrasound-guidednerveblockanesthesiacanimprovetheanestheticeffect，reduceadversereactions，andissafeinelderlypatientsundergoinghipsurgery.
