【摘要】目的：探究凝血4项和D-二聚体检测在孕妇产前检查中的临床价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年10月我院接受产前检查的妊高症（妊娠期高血压）孕妇40例作为试验对象，设为试验组，另选择同期40例接受产前检查的正常孕妇作为对照组，所有孕妇均进行凝血4项联合D-二聚体检测，对比两组不同孕期的D-二聚体、血清凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间及纤维蛋白原。结果：两组孕早期D-二聚体水平对比无差异（P0.05）；孕晚期，试验组D-二聚体水平高于对照组，具有统计学差异（P0.05）。两组孕早期PT、APTT、TT及FIB对比无差异（P0.05）；孕晚期，试验组APTT及PT短于对照组，FIB高于对照组，具有统计学差异（P0.05）；孕晚期，两组TT比较无差异（P0.05）。结论：凝血4项联合D-二聚体检测在孕妇产前检查中效果显著，可以辅助诊断疾病，为后续分娩提供参考价值。
