血常规生化检验在高脂血症患者临床诊断中的应用价值探究\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：探究高脂血症患者采用血常规生化检验方式进行临床诊断的价值。方法：选择2023年1月—2024年1月期间最终确诊为高脂血症的89例患者和88例常规健康体检者作为研究对象，高脂血症者纳入研究组，常规健康体检者纳入对照组，所有研究对象均予以血常规与生化检验，对比两组的检查结果。结果：血常规检查中，研究组血小板计数、白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数均低于对照组，总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白AI和载脂蛋白B均高于对照组（P0.05）；生化检验中，研究组丙氨酸氨基转氨酶与空腹血糖低于对照组，谷草转氨酶、血清肌酐与总胆红素均高于对照组，对比差异有统计价值（P0.05）。结论：高脂血症患者与健康体检者的血常规检查结果和生化检验结果均存在明显的差异，因此血常规生化检验能够用于高脂血症临床诊断中，有较高的诊断应用价值，具有临床推广意义。
