高分辨率超声检查在肩袖损伤诊断中的实施价值分析\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：评估肩袖损伤诊断中高分辨率超声检查的实施价值。方法：2023年6月—2024年10月，选取疑似肩袖损伤患者为样本，对共计62例患者相关数据资料进行回顾性分析，实施高分辨率超声检查，以MRI检查为诊断金标准。结果：62例疑似肩袖损伤患者中，MRI诊断阳性44例，高分辨率超声诊断阳性43例（P0.05）；高分辨率超声特异度（94.44%）、阳性预测值（97.67%）、准确度（95.16%）、灵敏度（95.45%）及阴性预测值（89.47%）均较高；各种类型的肩袖损伤诊断结果显示，MRI与高分辨率超声检查结果差异小（P0.05）。结论：高分辨率超声检查实施价值高，具有较高的诊断效能，可以有效分析各种类型的肩袖损伤情况，指导后续针对性治疗的实施。

肩袖损伤是临床多发疾病，疾病发作后主要以肩周活动性受限、疼痛等为常见症状表现，对患者健康及生活产生消极影响[1]
