某型航空发动机加力接不通故障原因分析

摘要：
针对某型航空发动机出现的加力接不通故障，根据发动机加力状态控制计划和调节规律，建立了以“加力接不通”
为顶事件的故障树，进行性能试验、分解检查，对故障原因进行分析，最终确定了故障源。根据控制原理分析与检查结果，判
定该故障的具体原因为加力接通时，喷口预放刻度与加力供油不匹配，导致点火困难，不能点燃加力燃烧室的油气混合气，
引起加力接不通；同时也不排除最小加力电磁活门ИМ4释放电压偏低，当飞机供电电压偏大时可能导致其提前关闭，引起
加力接不通。

causeofthifaultithatwhentheafterburnercannotconnect,thenozzlepre-releasescaledidnotmatchtheafterburneroil
supply,resultinginthedifficultyofignition,andtheoil-gamixtureoftheafterburnercouldnotbeignited,causingthe
afterburnerdisconnection.Atthesametime,itinotexcludedthattheminimumafterburnerelectromagneticvalve鬲禺4
releasevoltageilow,whichmayleadtoearlyclosurewhentheaircraftsupplyvoltageitoolarge,causingtheafterburner
disconnection.
