某型航空发动机加力接不通故障原因分析

摘要:

针对某型航空发动机出现的加力接不通故障,根据发动机加力状态控制计划和调节规律,建立了以“加力接不通”

为顶事件的故障树,进行性能试验、分解检查,对故障原因进行分析,最终确定了故障源。根据控制原理分析与检查结果,判

定该故障的具体原因为加力接通时,喷口预放刻度与加力供油不匹配,导致点火困难,不能点燃加力燃烧室的油气混合气,

引起加力接不通;同时也不排除最小加力电磁活门ИМ4释放电压偏低,当飞机供电电压偏大时可能导致其提前关闭,引起

加力接不通。

Abstract:Inviewoftheafterburnerdisconnectionfaultofacertaintypeofaeroengine,accordingtotheafterburnerstate

controlplanandadjustmentlawoftheengine,afaulttreewithafterburnerdisconnectionathetopeventiestablished,the

performancetestanddecompositioncheckarecarriedout,thecauseofthefaultianalyzed,andthefaultsourceifinally

determined.Accordingtotheanalysiofthecontrolprincipleandtheinspectionresults,itideterminedthatthespecific

causeofthifaultithatwhentheafterburnercannotconnect,thenozzlepre-releasescaledidnotmatchtheafterburneroil

supply,resultinginthedifficultyofignition,andtheoil-gamixtureoftheafterburnercouldnotbeignited,causingthe

afterburnerdisconnection.Atthesametime,itinotexcludedthattheminimumafterburnerelectromagneticvalve鬲禺4

releasevoltageilow,whichmayleadtoearlyclosurewhentheaircraftsupplyvoltageitoolarge,causingtheafterburner

disconnection.
