Summary
Perceptionoftheprogram:
Overall,thereissupporttoencourageusageofsharedbicyclesande-bikes.Whilebothusers
andnon-usersindicateaneedforeducationonsafee-scooteruseandetiquette,non-users
alsowantmoreenforcementonhowtousesharedactivevehicles.
Perceptionofe-scooters:
Themajorityofrespondents(69%)agreethate-scootersprovideanalternatewayforpeople
togetfrompointAtopointB.Usersofe-scootershavemorepositiveopinionabout
e-scooterscomparedtonon-users.
-Morethanhalfofrespondentsagreethate-scootershelpconnectpeopletotheircity
(58%)ande-scootersareenjoyable(54%).
