【摘要】对粗骨料不规则颗粒的定义和检测方法的优化进行研究,通过改变条形筛筛孔宽度,对比改变后的条形筛与原条形筛的
不规则颗粒检出率、筛除不规则颗粒后的混凝土和易性和抗压强度及界面孔隙结构,依据试验结果明确最合适的筛孔宽度。结果表
明,筛孔宽度为粗骨料颗粒所属粒径范围平均粒径0.55倍的条形孔筛相比国标(0.50倍)条形筛筛分效率高,不规则颗粒评价更
合理,其规则颗粒配制的混凝土的性能最优。
Abstract铱Thedefinitionofcoarseaggregateirregularparticlesandtheoptimizationofdetectionmethodswerestudied.Bychangingthe
screenwidthofthebarscreen,thedetectionrateofirregularparticles,theworkabilityandcompressivestrengthofconcreteafterremoving
irregularparticlesandtheinterfacialporestructureofthebarscreenwerecompared,andthemostsuitablescreenwidthwasdetermined
accordingtothetestresults.Theresultsshowthat,comparedwiththenationalstandard(0.50times),thebarsievewiththescreenwidthof0.55
