摘要：《“十四五”国家老龄事业发展和养老服务体系规划》强调，构建老年人助餐服务体系成为当务之急，其中包
含创新与丰富助餐服务模式，并引导包括外卖平台在内的更多市场力量参与助餐配送服务。在这一背景下，数字化养老助餐
服务崭露头角，旨在让广大老年人能通过线上平台轻松选购适合的老年餐品。文章深入剖析了数字化助餐服务的现状与重要
性，进一步探讨了其使用特征，包括服务模式、用户需求等方面。在影响因素的分析中，从多个维度展开，如年龄、教育水
平、经济状况等，并提出了一系列如加大政策扶持与宣传力度，提升服务质量和效率，拓展服务内容和范围，以及推动技术
创新与应用的对策建议。通过这些措施，有望推动我国老年数字化助餐服务迈向更高水平。

theelderlyhasemerged,aimingtoallowtheelderlytoeasilypurchasesuitablemealsthroughonlineplatforms.Thearticledeeply
analyzesthecurrentsituationandimportanceofdigitalmealassistanceservices,andfurtherexploresitsusagecharacteristics,
includingservicemodels,userdemandsandsoon.Thearticleconductsananalysisoftheinfluencingfactorsfrommultiple
dimensionssuchasage,educationlevel,andeconomicstatus.Italsoputsforwardaseriesofcountermeasuresandsuggestions,such
