超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果评价\o分享到微博\o分享到微信\o分享到QQ\o分享到QQ空间
【摘要】目的：探讨超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法：选取286例乳腺良性肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，各143例，分别采取传统开放式手术和超声引导下微创旋切术治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果：实验组患者治疗总有效率及总满意度高于对照组，手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间及瘢痕长度均短于对照组，出血量、并发症发生率及疼痛评分均低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果显著，具有手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快等优势，减轻患者痛苦感，值得临床推广。
