长距离输水隧洞TBM卡机原因及其解脱措施探析

摘要:依托新疆阿勒泰输水隧洞工程,结合施工工法和数值模拟分析了TBM卡机成因,并对解脱措施进行了研究。研究结果
表明:沿隧道纵向,在距离断层上盘和断层带越近,围岩变形就越大,在断层上盘与断层带交界处就会发生突变,变形显著增大
并在进入断层带4m左右时达到峰值,随后显著减小,在进入断层下盘后变形不再显著;拱顶、拱底和拱腰变形历时曲线变化节
点主要位于前盾盾尾,断面在前盾盾尾之前的围岩变形缓慢增大或者趋于稳定,前盾盾尾脱空后变形迅速增大,这是造成卡机
的主要原因。因此在施工过程中,提出了刀盘回退、碎石清理、注浆回填、地层加固等措施并加以运用,快速解脱了TBM卡机问
题。该案例可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract:BasedonAltaywaterconveyancetunnelinXinjiang,thecausesandreliefmeasuresoftunnelboringma-
