［Abstract］Sincethefirsthumanpapillomavirus(HPV)vaccinewaslicensedin2006，manydomestic
enterpriseshavestartedtheresearchandsubmissionofHPVvaccines．Inordertoguideandenhancetheresearch
beforesubmissionandimprovethequalityofapplicationdossier，thispapercollectedrelatedinformationofHPV
vaccineswhichiscurrentlyonthemarketinChinaandinthestagesofinvestigationalnewdrug(IND)，clinical
trialandnewdrugapplication(NDA)．Inaddition，thepharmaceuticalproblemsanddefectsintheirapplication
dossieraresummarized．Comment
