基于java的小区共享车位租赁系统的设计与实现
摘要
在如今共享经济的快速发展下，人们逐渐意识到怎么才能最大程度发挥产品价值，通过共享方式来让闲置的物品重新发挥价值，创造新的收入手段。而随着越来越多的车辆出现和配套不足的车位需求，共享车位的出现既能够让车位得到充分的利用，又能缓解车辆缺少停放位置的问题，尤其对于车位紧缺的老小区来说，配套的不完善和土地资源的紧张，通过共享车位的方式可以很好的解决车位难题，如百货商场或者是大型酒楼等场所的大型停车场在营业时间会异常爆满，但是在非营业时间却又异常冷清，因此会造成非常大的资源浪费。共享车位的出发目的是利用互联网将零碎的车位信息进行整合管理，将车位信息发布到忽略网平台，通过由物业公司进行组织牵头，业主加入的方式，形成共享车位这一消费链路的闭环，将闲置的车位共享出去，最大程度实现车位利用的使用率，例如春节、黄金中小长假期等节日里，由于大部门家庭会选择外出或者返乡，车位问题会从紧张到有大量空余，采用共享车位这一概念，就能给外来车辆提供相应车位，解决车位紧缺问题的同时帮助业主创造收益。
本系统采用了javaweb的技术，运用高度整合的Spring搭配Springmvc搭配mybaits的整合框架，使用mysql数据库进行数据的存储和调用，帮助业主最大程度发挥车位的运用，让车位能够面向社会面进行最大程度的流动从而创造新的创收拉动整体经济的健康发展。

Abstract
